entrepreneurial ventures on exceptional values and ethics as a guiding principle with strong financial
footing.
A staunch believer of fair play and holding true to personal moral values and ethics with uncompromising
commitment to put ethical concerns on equal, if not greater footing than the business concerns. He enjoys in
providing nuggets of good management techniques for the peers, solid instructions for those in mid-management

He began his journey with SPACE family as an Accountant and, through his dedication, integrity, and exceptional financial acumen, built an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades with the organization. Today, he leads the Finance & Accounts function at SPACE Samagra Services.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Raghu has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company's financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth. He is widely respected for his fairness, transparency, and balanced approach to decision-making. While always keeping the best interests of the organization at the forefront, he is equally mindful of employee welfare and strives to ensure that policies and decisions are fair and beneficial to the workforce.

Mr. Korada is the General Manager at SPACE Samagra Servies. With over 21 years of versatile experience in the end-to-end delivery of construction projects across telecom infrastructure, residential developments, IT/SEZ campuses, hospitality, and educational institutions.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, and Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIIQS). His expertise encompasses project life cycle planning, quality management, quantity surveying, contracts administration, project execution, and process excellence. He has extensive experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), method statements, quality systems, and standardized project processes that enhance execution efficiency and ensure compliance with industry’s best practices.

Mr. Ajay is a Civil Engineering graduate from the prestigious College of Engineering, Guindy, with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined the family of SPACE in 2015 as a Senior Project Engineer. Through his technical expertise, dedication, and leadership he has grown to the level of Project Manager and completed many prestigious projects in hospitality, high rise residential, and industrial projects and subsequently elevated to the Technical Support Group as General Manager.
Mr. Ajay, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) & ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, plays a vital role at SPACE Samagra Services in strengthening the organization's technical capabilities and delivering engineering excellence. A supportive and approachable leader, he is passionate about mentoring team members, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Ms. Smitha Kasthuri is the first member associated with parent company SPACE and has been an integral part of the organization's journey since its early years. An Architect with postgraduation in Project Management, she brings together a unique blend of technical knowledge of the construction industry and a strong passion for people development.
As the manager of the Human Potential Department at SPACE Samagra Services, Ms. Smitha leads key people centric initiatives, including talent acquisition, learning and development, identifying the training needs, employee engagement, grievance redressal, and conduct performance appraisals. She is instrumental in establishing working relations with many NGOs and motivates the employees of SPACE to engage in philanthropic and charitable activities.

Ms. Vyshnavi is a distinguished HR & Legal professional with over a decade of experience across the PMC, Legal and IT sectors. She leads Human Potential Operations at SPACE Samagra Services driving HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, insurance, and workforce planning. Her expertise spans talent management, employee lifecycle administration, resource deployment, and organizational compliance. With qualifications in MBA (HR) and a gold medalist in B A LL.B., she brings a unique blend of strategic human resource management and legal acumen.
During her tenure with SPACE, she had the opportunity to introduce many welfare schemes for employees including provident fund, gratuity, medical and life insurance. She has successfully managed the growth in the last 4years during when the employee count has grown from 50 to 180.
